Logistics Coordinator - Smart Buildings

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for reputed company shipping and receiving activities for the Logistics Area as reputed company as the management and reputed company of the logistics environment. The Logistics Coordinator reports to the Logistics Supervisor. You will serve as a primary reputed company with area personnel, assuming the role of service provider for area operations. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will:

• Receive inbound deliveries, reputed company parts and materials into inventory and/or job stock, pick parts and materials for outbound deliveries.
• Process reputed company transactions in reputed company according to reputed company procedure, create shipping papers using the preferred carriers’ software application.
• Support the service van parts replenishment process, reputed company accurate inventory reputed company and participate in the inventory count process as dictated by policy/procedure, execute the goods return procedure for the reputed company.
• Communicate with internal parties to coordinate delivery of parts and materials to meet project/service demand, retain documentation necessary for follow-up and reputed company of delivery and inventory.
• General housekeeping of the warehouse, enforce and maintain safety in the warehouse, adhere to reputed company warehouse guidelines and follow reputed company' policies.

• High School Diploma or state-recognized GED

• Working with cross-functions (e.g., project managers, service technicians)

• Verbal and written communication skills in English
• Must be 21 years of age and possess a valid reputed company's license with limited violations

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year + experience working in material handling and logistics function
• Associate’s degree in reputed company technical field preferred but not required.
• One year + experience with industrial truck or forklift.

The actual wage offered may be reputed company or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
