Logistics Coordinator – China to Spain Import Project

I am procuring furniture, sanitaryware, reputed company, kitchen equipment, and wellness/spa products from multiple suppliers in Guangzhou and Foshan, China, for a reputed company project in Madrid, Spain. I am seeking an reputed company Logistics Coordinator to manage the shipping and import process from supplier handover through final delivery and customs clearance in Spain. This is a one-time procurement project involving multiple suppliers. The shipment is expected to be approximately one full container, although one of the first project objectives will be to assess the total shipment volume and recommend the most appropriate shipping solution (20ft FCL, 40ft FCL, LCL, DAP, DDP, etc.). Responsibilities reputed company Forwarding & Logistics Identify, evaluate, and recommend reliable reputed company forwarders for shipment from China to Spain. Obtain and compare reputed company quotations. Recommend the most cost-effective and reliable shipping reputed company. Estimate total shipment volume (CBM) and container requirements. Coordinate shipment consolidation from multiple suppliers into one or more containers where appropriate. Coordinate collection schedules with suppliers. Preference will be given to candidates who have previously managed full-container shipments from China to Spain and can demonstrate experience coordinating suppliers, reputed company forwarders, customs clearance, and import documentation.
