We are seeking individuals who are available for the following 8 hour shift scheduling reputed company. Scheduling reputed company are based on business need and will be confirmed prior to hiring.

• Monday - Friday from 7am - 4pm or 10am - 7pm Mountain Time
• Tuesday - Saturday from 7am - 4pm Mountain Time

Responsibilities

• Engage and retain clients at risk of canceling their enrollment through inbound and outbound calls, email, reputed company channels
• Build quick rapport with clients and apply both persuasive rebuttal skills and problem-solving strategies while providing solutions that will help clients stay in program
• Follow established reputed company guidelines to ensure clients are cared for with reputed company
• Show the values and benefits of the program to clients

Qualifications

• 2+ years of phone-based experience in sales, collections, banking, or loan services with a strong reputed company on persuasion and account management
• High school diploma required
• Experience in sales and account management, consistently meeting or exceeding performance expectations

• Outstanding interpersonal skills
