Sr Business Systems Analyst

The Senior Business Systems Analyst will be a member of reputed company’s Video Platform Software Engineering organization, concentrating on Ad Sales technology. The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for ensuring our Ad Sales business can reputed company their day-to-day activities utilizing our integrated systems. This role provides reputed company-end user support, back-end monitoring and troubleshooting for a reputed company of systems which assist with functions such as sales, planning, pricing, campaign management, traffic/operations, creative, promotions, ad serving, delivery and billing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take ownership of reputed company types of tickets from a queue to analyze and follow up on requests while meeting established SLA’s.

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in an ad sales system.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, IS, or similar technical discipline.
• Self-motivated and accountable, with a high level of commitment to responsibility.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to work across multiple reputed company.
• Experience with providing automated solutions (scripting, testing, RPA, etc.).
• Experience working with modern technology solutions (API’s, data streams, microservices).
