Vice President, Ceded Reinsurance
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic reinsurance leader to join the organization as Vice President, Ceded Reinsurance. In this role, you will reputed company reputed company's ceded reinsurance operations, driving innovative risk transfer solutions to optimize capital efficiency and safeguard the organization's financial strength. You will partner closely with the President of Reinsurance on reputed company-level and strategic reputed company, and reputed company as a key advisor to senior executive leadership on reinsurance reputed company, performance, and industry trends. This role is intended as a reputed company reputed company toward Head of Ceded Reinsurance over the next two to three years, with scope and authority expanding as the incumbent builds a reputed company record in the seat.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership: Partner with the President of Reinsurance to shape and execute reputed company-looking reinsurance strategies that reputed company with reputed company's reputed company, capital management, and reputed company risk objectives; contribute directly to reputed company-level strategic discussions on reinsurance.

Contract Management & Governance: reputed company and enhance contract review, drafting, and ongoing management processes to ensure alignment with reputed company objectives, regulatory compliance, and efficient claims recovery.
Data Analytics & Reporting: Drive advanced analytics and reporting capabilities to assess reinsurance performance, emerging risks, and market opportunities. Prepare and present strategic insights and performance updates to the President of Reinsurance and, as appropriate, C-suite and reputed company-level stakeholders.
Relationship & Stakeholder Management: Cultivate and strengthen long-term partnerships with reinsurers, brokers, and industry bodies; serve as a company representative in the reinsurance market.
Regulatory & Risk reputed company: Ensure reputed company ceded reinsurance activities adhere to regulatory, reputed company, and internal standards; support robust risk control, governance, and audit processes.
Industry Engagement: Monitor industry developments, regulatory changes, and macroeconomic trends; represent reputed company at industry conferences and reputed company associations.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Business Administration, Risk Management, or a reputed company discipline required. MBA, CPCU, ARe, or other advanced/equivalent credentials strongly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 8+ years in reinsurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing ceded re portfolios/programs in a reputed company (re)insurance environment.
Technical Mastery: Strong knowledge of reinsurance markets, contract structures, alternative risk transfer mechanisms, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., NAIC, Solvency II).
Leadership Skills: Demonstrated reputed company leading and developing teams, implementing change, and driving organizational results, with readiness to grow into a Head-level seat.

Compensation & Benefits
The applicable reputed company salary for this opportunity is $200,000 - $245,000. The reputed company pay offered will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In reputed company to the reputed company salary, this opportunity may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
