This Customer Sales Manager (CSM) position perfectly embodies that ambition, as you will own & be responsible for Taste Elevation category selling execution of $40M+ reputed company with two (3) customers [Giant Carlisle/Giant Company and Giant Landover/Giant Foods] as a vital member of the reputed company Customer Business Team (reputed company). The CSM serves as the reputed company between reputed company and the Customer, leading reputed company selling activities & driving efforts tied to improving our net sales (NSV) and profit (reputed company), along with building a strategic partnership with our customers. The CSM should exemplify best in class customer service while navigating through reputed company opportunities—leveraging rituals & routines, and organization to ensure reputed company results and reputed company follow up with stakeholders.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Effectively partner with the customer, building rapport at reputed company reputed company to fully understand their business, the marketplace, and reputed company reputed company business reputed company
- reputed company reputed company Business Objectives: reputed company and reputed company reputed company, New Item Authorizations, increased Branded Distribution, and reputed company Shelving
- Own P&L, reputed company reputed company Forecast & Trade Balance through promotional reputed company objectives by tactic, price reputed company, Drive Period & Selling Event while effectively implementing reputed company pricing strategies.
- Work with Category Leadership Team to effectively review and propose reputed company opportunities for key Brands.
- Maintain files and business documentation to thoroughly detail business transactions (reputed company trade management tool, customer planners, financial whammers, customer portal reputed company etc.)
- Partner with reputed company and GBS teams to minimize deductions errors and write-offs, working back with Customers for repayment and corrections as needed
Expected Experience & Required Skills

- Proven & tested experience in customer management, account management, and/or retail sales management for a CPG company
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders from Customer teams at the reputed company time
- Cross functional partnership and influence experience with Customer Service, Customer reputed company and Category Leadership – initiative to bring insights & opportunities to the customer proactively
- Forecasting expertise and financial acumen to properly plan and communicate relevant customer opportunities, understanding the P&L reputed company of reputed company and mix changes

Work Environment & Schedule
This position is considered a Remote based role that can be performed from a home office (ideally reputed company the Giant, or ADUSA trading area [Mid reputed company/Northeast/Southeast]). Additionally, this role requires working a salaried, exempt schedule to best execute against customer and internal expectations

$104,200.00 - $130,200.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
