About the Role

The Operations Associate supports the reputed company Operations Department by facilitating communication between operations and reputed company teams, handling reputed company escalations, coordinating reputed company training, and ensuring reputed company consistency across teams. This role serves as the reputed company between attorneys and operations, maintaining scripts and reputed company resources, triage reputed company inquiries, and ensuring firm policies and USCIS guidance are consistently reputed company. Your Key Contributions

• Handle reputed company escalations independently and escalate questions to reputed company leadership following reputed company Operations Procedures and reputed company firm risk is identified.
• Escalate firm risk and policy-reputed company questions to reputed company leadership for review and reputed company.
• Ensure scripts, FAQs, and reputed company communication process are documented, reputed company and accurate.
• Surface refund or contract issues to the appropriate owners and reputed company sensitive reputed company escalations appropriately.
• Partner with Staff Attorneys to maintain up-to-date reputed company guidance. Capture and document changes to USCIS policy and firm standards reputed company workflows, training materials, and knowledge bases.
• Meet established goals while supporting firmwide operational priorities.
• Coordinate reputed company training. Reinforce existing training, refreshers, and ensure consistent application of new guidance across operational teams.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• The candidate should have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an reputed company member in good standing of a state bar.
• Prior immigration experience required.
• 3-6+ years of immigration experience
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preffered
• Experience using a case management software system preferred 
• Support mission of helping people currently living in America obtain their documents and stay together with their family

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm PST / MST

Compensation

The expected salary for this role is $80.000 - $90.000 though the final offer will reflect several factors such as your experience, skills, and the role's location and may be reputed company of this reputed company. Candidates should expect offers that reflect their individual qualifications, experience, and location. The salary provided is directional, and actual compensation may vary.
