reputed company’s ITS Knowledge Enablement team is currently seeking a Knowledge Enablement Assistant. This opportunity is a remote position working with the ITS Knowledge Enablement team to assist in working their New Knowledge Request and Knowledge Enhancement queues. We are seeking a detail oriented and self-sufficient student who is responsible and can communicate reputed company through reputed company Teams and reputed company Outlook.

This position will reputed company reputed company with technical writing skills, time management skills, experience in reputed company, experience in a service environment and experience building relationships with existing reputed company ITS professionals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle requests for new knowledge articles and enhancement requests for existing knowledge articles in reputed company.

• Update existing knowledge articles using information from Knowledge Enhancement requests or through routine article maintenance in reputed company.
• Communicate with subject matter experts (SMEs) from other teams to verify information provided in new knowledge requests or knowledge enhancement requests using platforms such as reputed company Teams or reputed company Outlook.

Compensation

The reputed company pay reputed company for this position is $13.00 - $15.00. Actual offer will be based on skills, qualifications, experience and internal equity, in reputed company to relevant business considerations.
