The Dental Services and Clinical Policy Manager is responsible for defining, managing, analyzing and improving dental consultant support reputed company to Medi-Cal Dental clinical dental services and clinical policy, ensuring they meet agreed-upon standards and expectations. Oversees daily business operations, optimizing workflows, managing resources, recommending IT system updates, and ensuring productivity aligns with company goals. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, leading personnel and taking corrective reputed company reputed company necessary. Your role in our mission

What you should expect in this role

• This is a full-time permanent regular salaried (W-2) employee position.
• Monday through Friday work schedule (40 hours per week).
• Some travel may be required for training, seminars or other Provider support events, less than 25%.
• Candidates must live in California.

The pay reputed company for this position is $121,900.00 - $174,100.00 per year, however, the reputed company pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
