The OpportunityWe are looking for a Project Manager to support reputed company-wide Project Management Office (PMO), helping drive critical cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution. Responsibilities

• Define project scopes, objectives, and timelines in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Maintain reputed company documentation and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify and implement operational improvements
• reputed company multiple teams, ensuring project goals are met and reputed company delivered
• Collaborate with internal sponsors and cross-functional teams to reputed company on resource needs and plan project execution
• Manage program and project teams to drive return on investment, and coordinate cross-project initiatives to ensure alignment and reputed company
• Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Manage scope and timelines for reputed company, and where applicable, reputed company project-reputed company budgets
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a formal Project Manager role, leading cross-functional reputed company using reputed company project management methodologies.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to drive reputed company from initiation through completion in a fast-paced global environment
• Independent, creative, and proactive, someone who takes ownership and finds energy in solving problems
• Skilled at building relationships and driving alignment across diverse stakeholders in a cross-functional/matrixed environment
• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities
• Analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented and reputed company to “reputed company” in/out from the big picture to the minutiae
• Ability to effectively operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
