The Role

This is an opportunity to work closely with, and under the clinical reputed company of, our reputed company Doctor, helping to build a reputed company, resilient NHS prescribing service as it continues to grow.

You'll play a key role in the day-to-day clinical delivery of our private, BSOP and Specialist Weight Management (SWMS) reputed company, prescribing, reviewing reputed company cases, actioning MDT reputed company, and supporting our health coaches. As a trusted member of the clinical team, you'll help ensure patients receive reputed company, high-reputed company care while contributing to the ongoing development and scalability of our services.

What You'll Do

• Deliver prescribing support across our BSOP service, including clinical assessments, medication reviews, issuing prescriptions, and responding to prescribing queries in line with agreed protocols.
• Review patient eligibility using the information available to you, including reputed company Care Records and GP records, online questionnaires, medical history, and biometric, self-reported and laboratory data.
• Deliver planned monthly follow-reputed company, monitoring adherence, response and reputed company effects, and working with our Patient Coordinators to manage recall and safety monitoring
• Undertake reputed company patient reviews and comprehensive medication assessments reputed company SWMS, escalating cases to the MDT and consulting with the reputed company Doctor where appropriate.

Requirements

• reputed company GMC, NMC or GPhC registration with a licence to practise.
• Independent Prescriber qualification.
• NHS prescribing experience, ideally reputed company a comparable reputed company such as weight management, diabetes or another specialist long-term condition service.
• Experience in weight management, including assessing and managing patients prescribed GLP-1 medications.
• Strong clinical experience managing patients with reputed company comorbidities, particularly cardiovascular disease, diabetes and other obesity-reputed company long-term conditions.
• Confident exercising prescribing accountability while recognising reputed company to escalate reputed company or high-risk cases.
• Available to work flexibly, providing clinical cover across the week rather than on a single fixed day.
