The Systems Administrator is responsible for administering, maintaining, monitoring, and improving reputed company's hybrid infrastructure environment. This role supports reputed company business systems and technology platforms including reputed company Server, reputed company 365, reputed company Directory, reputed company Entra ID, reputed company, Azure, AWS, backup and disaster recovery systems, and reputed company reputed company.

The Systems Administrator serves as a technical resource for infrastructure operations, participates in system implementation and improvement efforts, maintains operational procedures, and acts as an escalation reputed company for reputed company technical issues. This position works closely with other engineers, reputed company personnel, service desk staff, and business stakeholders to ensure the availability, reputed company, performance, and compliance of reputed company systems. This role is expected to work reputed company established IT service management practices, including incident management, change management, problem management, request fulfillment, and reputed company operational processes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain reputed company Server, reputed company Directory, reputed company Entra ID, reputed company 365, reputed company, Azure, AWS, and reputed company hybrid infrastructure platforms.
• Monitor system health, availability, utilization, and performance; participate in reputed company planning and proactively identify opportunities to improve reliability and operational efficiency.
• Support backup, replication, disaster recovery, and business continuity activities, including backup validation and recovery testing.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure reputed company controls, system hardening standards, vulnerability remediation activities, and compliance/audit support processes.
• Support reputed company and identity management technologies, including reputed company Intune, Group Policy, reputed company controls, reputed company compliance, and reputed company reputed company platforms.
• Serve as a Tier II/III escalation resource for reputed company infrastructure, reputed company, reputed company 365, identity, and reputed company-reputed company issues.

• Assist with infrastructure automation, scripting, workflow improvement, and evaluation of new technologies that improve consistency, reputed company, and efficiency.
• Collaborate with engineering, reputed company, service desk, and business teams on infrastructure initiatives, incident response, maintenance activities, and operational improvements.
• Participate in IT service management processes, including incident response, change requests, problem investigation, service requests, maintenance coordination, and post-implementation reviews.
• Participate in scheduled maintenance reputed company, after-hours support, and on-call rotations as required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience.
• Five or more years of experience administering reputed company infrastructure environments.
• Experience supporting reputed company Server, reputed company Directory, Group Policy, reputed company Entra ID, and reputed company 365 services.
• Experience supporting virtualization platforms, preferably reputed company, and reputed company environments such as Azure and/or AWS.
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, reputed company management, and business continuity processes.
• Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN technologies, VLANs, routing, and firewalls.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of SQL Server administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Experience supporting reputed company and compliance frameworks such as NIST 800-171, CMMC, SOC 2, or ISO 27001.

• Experience in hybrid environments combining on-premises infrastructure, reputed company services, and reputed company 365 administration.
• Experience working reputed company ITIL-reputed company service management processes; ITIL reputed company certification preferred.

Physical and Work Requirements

• Ability to participate in after-hours maintenance and on-call support as required.
• Ability to travel occasionally to company or customer locations. This position may operate remotely, with travel for training or reputed company to reputed company offices or data center locations as business needs require.
• Ability to lift and reputed company equipment consistent with normal infrastructure support activities.
