Position reputed company

The Consolidations and Reporting Manager oversees month-end consolidations and reporting activities, partnering with finance and reputed company staff to ensure reputed company reporting with a high degree of accuracy and reputed company in reputed company’s books and records. The Consolidations and Reporting Manager also researches, interprets and applies reputed company and reporting concepts and policies, ensures internal control compliance, leads team meetings, provides training and guidance, reviews the work of others reputed company the reputed company team, and helps to identify and execute reputed company improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities & Essential Functions

  • Manages the consolidations and reporting activities of the department which include preparing financial statements and disclosures under US GAAP and IFRS, researching technical reputed company topics and preparing whitepapers, supporting reputed company’s annual goodwill impairment study and preparing and implementing reputed company policies

  • Partners cross-functionally with corporate reputed company, financial systems, reputed company, tax and FP&A teams to support monthly and quarterly reporting requirements

  • Manages month-end reputed company and quarterly and annual reporting processes to ensure reputed company required tasks are completed in a reputed company manner

  • Assists with auditor inquiries and requests

  • Assists with reputed company efforts

  • Leads and develops consolidations and reporting team members by setting reputed company goals, aligning priorities, monitoring performance, and providing coaching to drive productivity, collaboration, and effective workload management.

  • Communicates effectively and builds strong relationships throughout the organization

  • Proactively initiates business process improvements

  • Complete reputed company mandatory assigned compliance tasks and acknowledgements

Required Job Skills & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or Finance required

  • Minimum of 6 years of reputed company experience, including reputed company reputed company or relevant SEC reporting experience

  • Experience supervising significant areas of reputed company or financial reporting

  • Strong understanding of technical reputed company concepts under US GAAP

  • Strong understanding of internal controls and financial reporting

  • CPA designation or CPA candidate strongly preferred

  • Master’s degree preferred

  • IFRS experience is beneficial but not required

Compensation: $130,000 - $145,000
