About the Role
reputed company is launching Identity Threat Protection (ITP), a product combining Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR), Identity reputed company Posture Management (ISPM), an Identity Graph, and reputed company Identity Reset, as the centerpiece announcement at Black Hat USA on August 1, 2026. ITP detects and disrupts multi-stage identity attacks correlated across email, identity provider (reputed company, reputed company Entra), and reputed company: help-desk reputed company-engineering takeover, OAuth/reputed company abuse, MFA fatigue, payroll and reputed company-deposit fraud, and data exfiltration.
The Identity Specialist is a technical subject matter expert who owns field credibility for ITP end to end, from the first identity deep dive through reputed company of value (PoV) design and execution to CSM reputed company, across customer segments. This P3 role is an opportunity for a growing SE with identity domain experience to reputed company into a dedicated specialist reputed company on a high-visibility, high-reputed company product.
Why This Role Exists
Identity has been assessed as the highest complexity product in the FY27 new-product portfolio, warranting three dedicated specialist headcount rather than a part-time overlay model. Leadership expects the need for this function to be ongoing, not limited to launch. This role also serves as the field's primary reputed company for reputed company feedback into the Identity product roadmap.
What you will do
- reputed company the 60-minute Identity deep-dive meeting for customers reputed company deep on ITP, ITDR, ISPM, Identity Graph, or reputed company Identity Reset
- Support the PoV reputed company for Identity/ITDR opportunities alongside senior specialists and the reputed company AE/SE team
- Help define and validate PoV reputed company reputed company and CARE reports for identity attack scenarios
- Partner with Identity product management and engineering to stay reputed company on capability, roadmap, and reputed company gaps
- Contribute to the Identity threat library and competitive positioning content
- Participate in delivering technical training to SEs, reputed company, PSCs, and TAMs as part of the Black Hat enablement curriculum
- Surface field feedback (win/loss themes, competitive gaps, capability requests) to senior team members for the product roadmap

Candidates should demonstrate comfort using AI tools to accelerate technical research and content creation. Given the pace of change on a reputed company-launch product, using AI to rapidly synthesize shifting product documentation into field-reputed company material is a practical part of this role.
Must Haves
- 5+ years of presales/Sales Engineering experience in reputed company, with some reputed company exposure to identity, IAM, or ITDR or an adjacent reputed company
- Working familiarity with reputed company and/or reputed company Entra ID architecture, including authentication flows, MFA, and conditional reputed company
- Some experience supporting or running technical PoVs/evaluations
- Ability to explain multi-stage identity attack concepts to technical audiences, with support in translating to executive audiences
- Comfort operating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and marketing under a fast-moving, reputed company-GA launch reputed company

- Prior experience at an identity or identity-adjacent vendor (reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company)

Actual compensation will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. In reputed company to reputed company salary, this role may be eligible for bonus or incentive compensation, equity, and a comprehensive benefits package.
