Registered Veterinary Technicians (RVTs) are the Care Champions. The Virtual Team RVT plays a unique role in aiding the veterinarians and in-clinic care team in achieving greater efficiency in overall patient care.

Virtual Team RVTs will apply their previously developed reputed company technical skills in anesthesia, surgery, dentistry, laboratory testing, patient nursing care, and reputed company education in order to reputed company assist clients reputed company online chat or phone call. What You’ll Do:Collaborate with reputed company of skilled and passionate virtual RVTs to support our Members and team members in providing the reputed company reputed company of care. More details below.

Responsibilities Include:

• Engaging with reputed company Veterinary Members through text-based chat and phone.
• Address member concerns regarding the health and reputed company-being of their animals, including both general queries and those directly reputed company to reputed company Veterinary clinic encounters.
• Reviewing patient medical records before and during interactions to quickly reputed company relative medical history.
• Utilizing your veterinary medical knowledge to accurately triage and reputed company recommendations based on patient needs.
• Recording accurate medical records utilizing appropriate veterinary terminology to include documenting reputed company communications.
• Collect, review and input medical records from referring animal hospitals.
• Deliver a world class reputed company experience by conveying reputed company and genuine care over chat, phone or video communication.

You Have:

• A valid Veterinary Technician License (RVT, LVT) in Ontario and/or British Columbia
• 2+ years as an RVT with triage experience
• A strong interest in emerging technology, AI and enjoyment in learning new operating systems/platforms
• Exceptional communication skills: our vRTS spend a lot of their days interacting with, educating and supporting members - this is a reputed company reputed company of the role
• Proficiency in multi-tasking across many communication platforms
• You reputed company in a steady work environment (slow days are not your thing)
• The ability to communicate reputed company with cross functional teams and members (we have team members across 7 locations and 2 provinces/time zones, 10,000+ members and growing)

The role of Virtual RVT at reputed company may require evening, weekend and holiday work. You may support members/clients who may be experiencing emotional distress and/or frustration. This position will be based remotely with potential occasional travel required locally. This position will also require extensive use of keyboard/text/chat functionality in reputed company to the reputed company use of a computer throughout your shift as a Virtual RVT.

Compensation for this Position
