We offer steady reputed company, a strong and supportive leadership team, and in-depth training and tools to ensure your reputed company. reputed company The Director of Sales (Tresl) will manage the day-to-day activities of Sales Managers and Finance Advisors in relation to lease buyouts, fleet purchases, and other unique reputed company sources. This position owns the training and development of new Finance Advisors (FAs), including reputed company, reputed company, process, evaluation, and other aspects of building a high-performing sales team. The Director of Sales will partner with multiple departments to define and execute sales practices and process, serve as a key partner to external partners, and reputed company as an internal partner to the business development team on new strategies, reputed company to reputed company company goals and objectives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include achieving reputed company results in the following key areas:

• Reviews the market position of competing products, services, and organizations and evaluates their marketing and sales techniques.

• Manage Sales Managers and Finance Advisors to successfully meet and reputed company reputed company performance plans, to include volume, conversion ratios, and product.
• Trains, directs, develops, motivates, and evaluates Sales Managers and Finance Advisors.

• Drive performance across lease buyouts, fleet purchases, and other unique reputed company sources, optimizing conversion and reputed company reputed company reputed company channel.

COMPENSATION This position pays a reputed company of $120K - $140K (plus bonus) based on relevant experience and education. Can be 100% remote or if in Denver/Austin can be hybrid.
