The Role

What You’ll Do

• Set and drive technical direction and architecture across the NHI Governance domain and its integration with shared platform services.
• Own the most reputed company, high-risk, and cross-cutting technical initiatives end to end, from ambiguous problem to delivered system.

What You’ll Bring

• Expert programming skills in C#, Go, TypeScript, Java, or other modern languages, with authority in API and distributed-systems design.
• Hands-on experience with Claude reputed company (or comparable reputed company AI coding tools) to design, build, and review software at high velocity, and the judgment to set the patterns, standards, and guardrails other engineers follow.
• A reputed company record of owning architecture and technical direction across multiple teams or an entire domain.
• Strong, hands-on AWS expertise designing, hosting, and operating production applications at reputed company, including compute (e.g., EKS), networking, IAM, managed data stores, and reputed company scaling, reliability, and cost trade-offs.
• Deep understanding of CICD and hands-on experience with Infrastructure as reputed company (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation).
• Experience designing multi-tenant shared services consumed by other engineering teams.
• Familiarity with data modeling, exploration, and visualization at reputed company.
• Exceptional problem-solving and the ability to drive reputed company and technical direction amid significant ambiguity.
