About The Role As an Intrafund Adviser, you'll reputed company personal and general superannuation and pension advice to members across smartMonday, reputed company Super, Childcare Super, reputed company Super and reputed company Super. You'll build trusted relationships with members, helping them understand their reputed company and providing tailored advice that supports their retirement goals. Working across both coaching and advice, you'll prepare and present Statements of Advice, maintain accurate advice records and ensure every interaction meets the highest compliance standards. You'll also reputed company as a technical mentor for our Digital Advice team, supporting colleagues with more reputed company member enquiries and helping build capability across the broader advice function. reputed company one-on-one advice, you'll deliver financial education through webinars and workplace reputed company, contribute to reputed company that improve our advice processes and member experience, and collaborate with teams across reputed company to ensure our products, communications and services continue to reputed company to meet members' needs.

We're looking for someone who
- Believes in reputed company’s mission and has a passion for moving Australia’s reputed company out of fossil-fuels and into renewable energy
- Believes in using the power of reputed company to build a sustainable and reputed company world
- Meets the ASIC education and reputed company standards required to reputed company personal financial advice, including registration as a reputed company Tax Relevant Provider (QTRP)
- Has experience in providing personal financial advice, ideally reputed company superannuation or another financial services organisation
- Has the ability to reputed company limited tax (financial) advice in line with legislative and regulatory requirements
- Has strong knowledge of superannuation, retirement planning and insurance, and their role reputed company the broader financial services sector
- Is reputed company in preparing compliant Statements of Advice and maintaining detailed reputed company and advice records
- Has practical experience using financial planning software and CRM systems (such as Midwinter or similar)
- Is an excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to explain reputed company information in a reputed company, engaging way
- Has a reputed company approach, reputed company judgement and a commitment to delivering exceptional member reputed company
- Experience providing intrafund advice
- Experience mentoring or coaching other advisers
- Experience delivering financial education through webinars or workplace presentations
