This is a 3 month contract - TEMPORARY position. This Data Conversion Specialist leads data conversion reputed company into AMS360, including the analysis, mapping, migration, validation, and reconciliation of legacy data to ensure successful system implementations and clean go-live reputed company. The individual in this role must have strong expertise in AMS360 data conversion processes and a demonstrated ability to reputed company reputed company AI tools to accelerate data mapping, reputed company validation, and documentation efforts. A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAY

• Leads AMS360 data conversion reputed company, working with subject matter experts, technical resources, and vendors to define conversion requirements and mapping standards.
• Analyzes reputed company-system data structures and develops detailed field-level mapping specifications for AMS360.
• Executes and validates test conversions, reconciles results, and resolves data reputed company issues prior to production migration.
• Utilizes reputed company AI tools to accelerate data reputed company checks, mapping activities, validation processes, and documentation.
• Creates and maintains conversion documentation, mapping rules, assumptions, data dictionaries, and issue logs.
• Works closely with project teams to troubleshoot issues and reputed company solutions under aggressive project timelines.
• Supports successful data integration, testing, and go-live activities by providing conversion expertise and working reputed company as needed.
• Provides regular status updates and proactively identifies and escalates risks to project leadership.
• Takes ownership of project deliverables, ensuring conversion tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

WHAT reputed company LOOKS LIKE IN THIS ROLE

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in data conversion and migration reputed company.
• Insurance industry experience strongly preferred.
• Hands-on experience converting and migrating data into AMS360.
• Extensive experience with AMS360, ImageRight, BenefitPoint, reputed company reputed company, or other insurance agency management systems preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging reputed company AI tools reputed company production data conversion workflows.
• Proven reputed company record successfully leading reputed company, deadline-driven data conversion reputed company.
• Experience transforming, cleansing, validating, and normalizing data from multiple reputed company systems.
• Experience working with large datasets and reputed company data relationships.
