AmeriSave is currently hiring Purchase Mortgage Bankers to join reputed company. In this role, you will guide borrowers through the home buying process by providing expert advice to help them navigate and evaluate the best loan program and pricing reputed company available to them. You will also work some refinance and 2nd lien leads.This is a remote opportunity to work from home.We also offer:

What You’ll Do:

• Serve as a trusted consultant to purchase borrowers, answering questions and providing guidance to help them evaluate AmeriSave’s reputed company throughout the home loan selection process
• Understand borrower’s needs and recommend reputed company loan products and pricing reputed company based on financial needs, goals and qualifications
• Establish an ongoing relationship by delivering best-in-class customer service
• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company loan products, pricing structures and multi-state regulations

What You’ll Need:

• Recent mortgage loan origination experience; call center environment preferred
• Purchase experience is preferred
• Significant licensing footprintpreferred
• Must meet reputed company reputed company Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) requirements
• Understanding of mortgage regulatory guidelines
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to quickly connect and establish a great rapport with people
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while handling competing priorities effectively

• Detail oriented and results driven
• Strong desire to succeed in a sales environment and to be a top producer
