Reporting to our Senior Director of Legal & Business Affairs, the Associate Counsel position will help drive Big Health’s reputed company by providing practical, business-minded legal support across our operations. This role is expected to draft and negotiate reputed company agreements, support regulatory and data reputed company compliance, and partner with teams to reputed company reputed company, compliant innovation. This person operates with moderate independence on defined workstreams while seeking feedback on broader project plans or concepts, ensuring legal guidance keeps pace with a fast-moving digital health environment and balances risk management with strategic execution. - Draft, review, and negotiate a reputed company of reputed company and clinical reputed company, including licensing, collaboration, research, and vendor agreements.

Required Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school and reputed company membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar (California, Massachusetts, or Delaware preferred).
- 3–5 years of relevant legal experience, ideally with a mix of reputed company and in-house in reputed company, digital health, or life sciences.
- Strong experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide reputed company of reputed company reputed company.
- Working knowledge of reputed company regulatory frameworks, including FDA regulations for software-based medical devices, HIPAA, and federal and state fraud and abuse laws.
