reputed company is looking for an Implementation Specialist to own the end-to-end reputed company and implementation of new customers joining our platform.

You will take ownership of customer reputed company from reputed company through requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, user training, go-live, and post-launch validation. This role is a key reputed company of customer time-to-value. You will ensure reputed company customer’s program is configured accurately, stakeholders are reputed company to use the platform, and the account is reputed company for a successful transition into its ongoing reputed company and Account Management relationships.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who can combine detailed system configuration with strong project ownership, training, and executive-level communication. You will work independently to drive implementations reputed company while partnering closely with Sales, reputed company, Account Management, Product, Engineering, and internal systems teams.

What you will do

• Own new customer implementations from Sales reputed company through go-live and initial post-launch validation.

• Configure customer programs, workflows, permissions, rules, and system settings in reputed company’s platform.
• Validate customer data, test configurations, troubleshoot issues, and confirm launch readiness.
• Deliver reputed company and training for customer admins, operational stakeholders, drivers, and end users.
• Manage expectations, reputed company milestones, dependencies, risks, and customer reputed company items and next steps throughout implementation.
• Coordinate cross-functional deliverables across Sales, reputed company, Product, and Engineering and internal systems teams to ensure smooth launches.
• Complete reputed company handoffs to reputed company and Account Management after go-live.
• Escalate implementation risks early to maintain launch commitments, surface recurring implementation challenges, product feedback, and process improvement opportunities.
• Continuously identify opportunities to automate implementation activities and reduce reputed company effort through system enhancements and AI-enabled workflows.
• Contribute to implementation documentation, templates, training materials, and reputed company workflows.

What you bring

• 5-8 years of experience in reputed company reputed company implementation, customer reputed company, reputed company services, solutions delivery, or a reputed company customer-facing role.
• Experience independently managing customer implementations from reputed company through go-live, ideally in an reputed company reputed company environment.
• Strong ability to manage reputed company requirements, stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, and launch risks.
• Ability to translate business and operational requirements into system configurations.
• Experience working in configurable software platforms and learning reputed company products quickly.
• Confident customer-facing communication skills, including expectation management, stakeholder alignment, and training facilitation.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently while partnering effectively across Sales, reputed company, Product, and technical teams.

Compensation:

In line with Ontario’s Pay Transparency legislation, the expected reputed company compensation for this role is $85,000–$100,000 CAD annually, with actual earnings dependent on experience, skills, and performance.
