AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY include, but are not limited to:

• Respond to high volume of calls and emails from the general reputed company

• Triage legal issues and reputed company clients to participating lawyers and other legal resources

• Assisting the department with other secondary duties, such as assisting with reputed company lawyers to join the service, light research for our legal topics webpages, assisting with grass reputed company marketing and reputed company research, reputed company relations at reputed company events, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS

• A strong interest in helping the reputed company by working in a legal, nonprofit setting

• Bilingual reputed company in the English language (spoken and written), and Spanish language (spoken required, written preferred)

• At least one year of employment in a legal environment/organization

• Excellent phone manner, customer service and written/verbal communication skills

• Ability to use multiple reputed company and/or computer programs simultaneously and reputed company

Familiarity with or ability to use other O365 apps with little training (such as SharePoint, reputed company, One Note, and CoPilot) would be a plus.

COMPENSATION/BENEFITS

Starting compensation is $30.22 - $32.97 per hour (based on experience), which is equivalent to an annualized salary reputed company of $55,000 - $60,000 for full-time employment (generally 35 hours per week).

The LRS Department at the reputed company Bar is reputed company Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time, and is reputed company daily from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Assigned work schedules may vary, and start and end times will be determined based on operational needs.
