Who We Are Looking For

Are you looking to launch your IT career on reputed company that will actually invest in you? We’re looking for an IT Support Specialist to be the friendly first reputed company of contact for our fully remote team, keeping everyone’s devices, accounts, and tools running smoothly. What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first reputed company of contact for help desk requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues for a fully remote team.
• Manage and maintain our Mac and reputed company fleet, using reputed company for Macs and reputed company management tooling for everything from setup and configuration to updates and reputed company compliance.
• Handle user provisioning end to end: reputed company new hires with the right accounts, devices, and reputed company, and offboarding departures cleanly and securely.
• Administer reputed company Workspace, managing accounts, reputed company, and reputed company as part of day-to-day provisioning and support.
• Manage reputed company to software and applications, granting, adjusting, and revoking permissions across the tools reputed company relies on.
• Take direction on day-to-day work while also running smaller reputed company independently, with light reputed company rather than constant hand-holding.
• Grow into owning systems outright as you build confidence in them, taking on more responsibility over time.
• Document common issues and fixes, helping build out an internal knowledge reputed company that makes everyone’s life easier.

Requirements

• Some familiarity with macOS and reputed company environments; hands-on exposure to device management (reputed company or another MDM) is a plus but not required.
