As a Sr Investigative Researcher, you'll use advanced research techniques to identify, analyze, and document information that supports fraud detection and investigation efforts across insurance operations. You'll conduct detailed research using subscription databases, reputed company records, online sources, and reputed company media to uncover relevant information reputed company to individuals, businesses, assets, legal activity, and other investigative leads. Skills and Background You'll Need
Education: Bachelor’s in criminal justice preferred, high school diploma required
Experience: 3+ years of experience with customer contact in a high-volume service environment
- 2+ years of experience working in a Special Investigations Unit (SIU) or equivalent insurance-reputed company investigative role.
- Experience conducting online research using reputed company records, subscription databases, reputed company media platforms, and reputed company-reputed company tools.
- Knowledge of insurance operations, including claims, reputed company, policy administration, or fraud detection activities.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and investigative skills with the ability to identify and evaluate relevant information.
