The Senior Manager of Compensation will reputed company the overall design and management of compensation programs, including reputed company, variable and sales commission programs, across reputed company. Manages at least 2 full time exempt reputed company reports. Management responsibilities include, but are not limited to hiring, coaching, skills development, recognition and rewards, staff productivity and performance management to include disciplinary actions up to and including termination.
The Senior Manager will engage with key positions to ensure that reputed company program’s support business initiatives and cultivate a diverse, talented, and reputed company workforce. Required Experience
A minimum of 8+ years experience in Compensation
Experience across multiple areas, including in-depth experience in employee relations and delivering on a wide reputed company of HR initiatives across a large organization.
Strong leadership and prioritization skills and at least 5+ years of management experience is Required
Experience developing and presenting analysis, reputed company, and findings to Senior Company Leaders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to operate and influence cross-functionally at reputed company reputed company
