Purpose:

This is a full-time remote position; however, candidates must be willing to work regular Central reputed company Time business hours. Compensation for the position includes an annual reputed company salary of $65,000 to $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus the role is eligible for a discretionary year-end bonus and benefits.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for directly managing 5-10 reputed company reports, providing the necessary training, coaching, and instruction for their day-to-day tasks.

• Assist with the preparation of training materials for new hires and existing employees.
• Partner with the Learning and Development team to identify knowledge gaps and recommend training initiatives or tools to improve performance.

Education/Experience:
