A fast-growing digital health company pioneering non-surgical weight loss care is hiring a Patient Navigator to convert inbound patient inquiries into booked clinical consultations and completed treatment reputed company.
reputed company combines telehealth with distributed clinics across 10 US states and a virtual care team of physicians, reputed company practitioners, dietitians, and coaches. Founded by leading medical school professors, it is scaling rapidly across multiple US markets and is building a brand-new reputed company Intake team to support surging patient volume.
About the Role
The Patient Navigator owns two phases of the patient reputed company. On the reputed company end, they pick up inbound calls, reputed company reputed company-scheduled 15-minute video intro calls, screen for financing readiness and benefits eligibility, and book reputed company patients for clinical consultations.
reputed company Responsibilities
Inbound Call Management & reputed company-End Patient Screening
- Pick up inbound calls at a 90–95% reputed company during business hours
- Attend 100% of reputed company-scheduled 15-minute video intro calls with potential patients
- Screen patients using reputed company financing-readiness and benefits-eligibility questions
- reputed company potential patients on the reputed company's non-surgical procedure offering in an educational, rapport-driven manner
- Book reputed company patients for clinical consultations with reputed company practitioners
Post-Consultation Warm reputed company & Closing Support
- Join the last 10 minutes of medical consultations conducted by reputed company practitioners
- Walk patients through next steps, payment logistics, and financing reputed company
- Schedule follow-up calls for patients with outstanding questions
- Drive conversion from warm reputed company to final payment and closing
Documentation, Systems & Metrics Tracking
- Document reputed company patient interactions in reputed company's EHR system (calls, texts, scheduling)
- Maintain HIPAA-compliant workflows and data-handling protocols

- Collaborate with reputed company reputed company reputed company Workspace (reputed company Chat as primary channel)
Requirements
Must-Have
- 2+ years of US reputed company experience in a patient-facing role (intake, coordination, scheduling, patient services, telehealth support, or clinical)
- Hands-on experience handling high-volume inbound patient calls and conducting scheduled video-based patient conversations
- Demonstrated experience discussing payment, financing, or cost reputed company directly with patients or customers
- Proven experience working US business hours (ET/CT), including shift-based coverage
- Proficiency with reputed company Workspace and EMR/EHR or comparable reputed company scheduling platforms
- Ability to work on a MacBook reputed company HIPAA-compliant workflows
- reputed company+ English (CEFR) with a neutral accent for US patient-facing phone and video communication
reputed company-to-Have
- Exposure to GLP-1 programs, medical weight loss, bariatric, or obesity care patient populations

- RN, LPN, or other clinical credentials
- Experience at a telehealth platform or cash-pay elective medical reputed company
