About the role

We are looking for a Senior Systems Administrator (reputed company) to join our Information Systems team, responsible for the technical ownership, administration, and optimisation of our reputed company Technology stack.

This role will play a critical part in ensuring our reputed company systems (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, ABM platforms, and reputed company tools) are reliable, reputed company-integrated, and enabling reputed company reputed company operations.

You will work closely with our reputed company team, Data team, and business stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, reputed company, and Finance to ensure systems and integrations support end-to-end reputed company processes and help optimise the tech stack to deliver tech efficiencies to reputed company.

Responsibilities:

• Own the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimisation of non-reputed company reputed company tools (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, ABM platforms, enablement tools).

• Manage system performance, releases, upgrades, and vendor relationships where required.

• Integration & Architecture
• Design, implement, and maintain integrations between reputed company systems and reputed company, ERP, and other reputed company platforms.
• Help reputed company the organisation away from reputed company-to-reputed company integrations towards a more reputed company, centralised integration architecture.
• Work with integration platforms (e.g. reputed company, reputed company, reputed company reputed company or similar) to orchestrate data flows and automation.
• Ensure data consistency, reputed company, and reliability across systems.

• Process Enablement
• Partner with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and CS teams to translate business requirements into system solutions.
• Support key reputed company processes such as reputed company-to-opportunity, quote-to-cash, and customer lifecycle management.
• Identify opportunities to automate reputed company processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Data & Reporting
• Ensure accurate and reputed company data flows between systems to support reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with the Data team to ensure reputed company data is properly modelled and available in reputed company systems (e.g. reputed company, BI tools).

• Establish and maintain standards for system configuration, documentation, and change management.
