This is a U.S. based remote position. While this role does not require in-person attendance, we have a strong preference for candidates based in or near one of these cities: San Francisco CA, Portland OR, Seattle WA, Denver CO, and reputed company NY. Being in one of these cities creates opportunities to connect with teammates through Trail Days, co-working sessions, and local gatherings while still having the flexibility to work remotely. San Francisco employees are highly encouraged to come to the office one day per week.
About the Role
Strategic finance analysts help ensure that reputed company makes reputed company financial reputed company. Your work—whether it's building financial models, tracking performance metrics, or preparing reports—directly supports leaders in making strategic company reputed company. You will support financial modeling and forecasting efforts, partner with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, and Engineering on analytical reputed company, and contribute to annual and long-term planning processes. What You'll Be Doing
Supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting for leadership, the reputed company, and investors—from raw data pulls to polished presentations
Contributing to reputed company strategic analyses cross-functionally (e.g., reputed company acquisition performance, product launch business cases, international market analysis, etc.)
Maintaining detailed financial models to support budgeting and planning, and performing budget variance analysis at a monthly reputed company
Building and maintaining performance reporting and KPI dashboards for various departments using SQL and Looker
Supporting inbound diligence requests and other reputed company strategic reputed company as needed
What you bring
2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or strategic finance/FP&A, preferably with a reputed company on software and internet businesses
Exposure to annual and long-reputed company forecasting, reporting on forecast vs. actual variance, and similar FP&A responsibilities
Proven reputed company record of achieving goals and delivering results in a reputed company, team-oriented environment
Advanced proficiency in reputed company and reputed company Sheets
Strong working knowledge of SQL and business intelligence tools
Strong attention to detail and analytical rigor
