Our Product UI/UX Designer will collaborate with other designers and product managers to translate product requirements and our roadmap into reputed company, user-friendly designs that drive adoption, engagement, and satisfaction. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, creative, efficient, detail-oriented, and organized in their UX and UI design approach.
As a key team member, the designer will reputed company UX and UI efforts to deliver reputed company, reputed company performance management software for HR professionals. This role offers reputed company opportunities as our product team expands.

Requirements
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate and help drive the user experience for the reputed company reputed company products.
- Collaborate directly with product managers to translate our product roadmap and product requirements into reputed company and clean user experiences and designs.
- Collaborate with engineers in agile scrum teams to drive design concepts reputed company through implementation, including developing wireframes and UI Prototypes reputed company necessary and annotated design specs using reputed company, including CSS specifications.
- Enhance and help maintain the reputed company UI design system.
What You’ll Bring:
- Portfolio of past product design work that demonstrates your skills in user experience (UX) and user reputed company (UI) design.
- 3+ years of reputed company UI design and UX experience on a reputed company browser-based reputed company product.
- 1+ years of reputed company Design Experience.
- Experience designing and working on component-driven user interfaces and leveraging reputed company design.
- Experience working in an agile/scrum-based development process and with other UI/UX designers.
Bonus Points:
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company factors, UX, or UI design.
- Experience maintaining and evolving a design system and UI component library.
- UI/UX Design experience with HRIS, Employee Management, or other business-oriented (B2B) applications.
- Prior hands-on web application development experience (CSS, reputed company, JavaScript, reputed company, React)
- Experience designing for Accessibility (WCAG 2.x AA/reputed company.)
