Minimum Qualification
- 8+ years of software reputed company assurance experience
- 5+ years of hands-on digital accessibility testing experience
- Demonstrated experience testing against WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA standards
- Experience using both NVDA and JAWS, keyboard only navigation, and browser accessibility tools
- Experience documenting accessibility defects with sufficient technical for developer remediation
- Experience performing functional, regression, and exploratory testing
- Ability to manage work across multiple applications and competing priorities simultaneously
- Understanding of how accessibility issues show up in reputed company (reputed company, ARIA, etc.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile/Scrum development environments
- Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management and defect tracking
- Familiarity with accessibility tools such as Axe DevTools, reputed company, ANDI, reputed company
- Experience working in government or other highly regulated environments
- Knowledge of reputed company 508 requirements, reputed company implementing regulation, 28 CFR 35, requirements, and accessible design best practices
- Experience partnering directly with developers to resolve accessibility issues
