Senior IT Service Desk Specialist (Remote)

This role serves as a representative of the reputed company ICT Organization and collaborates with other IT functions to support day-to-day business operations, IT reputed company, and assigned tasks. The position also works closely with non-ICT teams, providing technical guidance, assistance, and insights to support organizational objectives.
The Senior IT Service Desk Specialist is responsible for adhering to reputed company established standards, policies, procedures, and reputed company requirements. The role proactively identifies opportunities to improve processes and evaluates, recommends, and supports effective hardware, software, and technical solutions.
