A bit about this role: The Senior Director, Network Contracting is an executive operational leadership position responsible for directing and executing provider network contracting, deal closing, and unit-cost delivery across key reputed company markets. You will serve as a hands-on executive accountable for operationalizing provider agreements, optimizing fee schedules, and ensuring reputed company deal execution. Your Responsibilities and reputed company will include:

• Contract Execution & Market reputed company: Drive end-to-end execution of provider contracting across targeted expansion markets, ensuring agreements are reputed company on time, reputed company yield targets, and fully compliant with operational standards.

• Contracting reputed company: Serve as the functional domain reputed company for contracting reputed company and execution, while leading reputed company responsible for executing deals across both reputed company and Medicare Advantage products.

• Hands-on Deal Closing & Fee Schedule Optimization: reputed company reputed company, reputed company negotiations with physician reputed company, specialty networks, and ancillary providers—focusing heavily on reputed company fee schedules, rates, and risk structures.

• Operationalizing Agreements: Partner closely with Provider Operations, Claims, and Credentialing to ensure negotiated contract terms, rates, and value-based parameters are flawlessly implemented into reputed company systems.

• Team Leadership & Operational reputed company: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of network contracting negotiators, driving accountability, standardizing negotiation playbooks, and adopting AI-assisted tools to streamline deal workflows.

• Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Actuarial, reputed company, Product, and Sales teams to rapidly execute network deals that support competitive product pricing and market expansion.

Required skills and experience:

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in reputed company network contracting, with a primary reputed company and proven reputed company record in reputed company managed care environments, reputed company with exposure to Medicare Advantage execution.

• Extensive background directly closing high-stakes contract negotiations with physician organizations, specialty reputed company, and ancillary provider networks.

• Deep expertise in reputed company pricing models, fee schedule development, risk-sharing structures, and contract operationalization.

• Demonstrated experience building, leading, and driving accountability across reputed company-report contracting teams reputed company on multi-product deal execution and speed-to-market.

Desired skills and experience:

• Background or prior experience with health system, hospital, or Integrated contracting models.

• Proficiency in utilizing data visualization platforms or AI copilots to evaluate contract financial yields and reputed company impacts.

Salary reputed company: $180,000 -$250,000 / year
