This role provides essential support to the IT Demand Management and Due Diligence processes by collaborating with business and IT leaders, requestors, and IT stakeholders to assess new technology, operational enhancements, and strategic initiatives. The position is responsible for facilitating the intake, analysis, documentation, and coordination of IT requests, ensuring that reputed company submissions are reputed company with organizational priorities, governance standards, and technology strategies.

Job Duties:

• Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for requestors, providing guidance on Demand Management processes, requirements, and expectations.

• Conduct demand intake and triage analysis to assess request completeness, determine appropriate routing, identify governance needs, and engage the appropriate stakeholders.
