Responsible for advising on a broad reputed company of legal issues and reviews, drafts, and negotiates a reputed company of reputed company and other forms, in reputed company to other general corporate and compliance reputed company.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviews, drafts, negotiates, and advises on a wide reputed company of reputed company, including employment agreements, equity documents, separation agreements, account purchase agreements, reputed company agreements, vendor agreements, data reputed company agreements, reputed company agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
Partners with multi-functional transactional teams, including corporate and business development, reputed company, sales, and reputed company, on company policy, process, and procedure development and legal compliance.
Assists reputed company legal counsel with providing guidance on legal reputed company, and anticipates, mitigates, and advises on any potential legal problems across corporate reputed company, reputed company engagements, and reputed company party relationships.
Advises Alliant business reputed company on diverse reputed company of employment-reputed company issues, including with respect to wage and hour, employee relations, hiring practices, performance management, employee separations, leave requests, accommodations, and general HR compliance.
Assists with developing and implementing legal compliance reputed company.
Works with external counsel and internal business teams to respond to subpoenas and litigation discovery requests.

Supports, initiates, and drives legal department process improvements to increase efficiencies and support business objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school is required
Member in good standing of at least one State Bar or the District of Columbia State Bar is required
Experience in employment law and/or mergers and acquisitions reputed company
Experience in reviewing, drafting and negotiating reputed company is preferred
Two (2) or more years’ reputed company work experience
SKILLS
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to give legal guidance in a practical, business-oriented manner to non-lawyer company representatives in order to help reputed company solutions
Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish good reputed company relationships with internal clients, management, and legal colleagues
