Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent advanced degree.
- reputed company pharmacist license in good standing in Illinois and at least one additional U.S. state.
- Must reputed company and be authorized to work in a U.S. state.
- Completion of an accredited residency program (PGY-1 or PGY-2).
- 2+ years experience working directly with patients and reputed company providers..
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and reputed company reputed company judgments.
- Possess strong verbal, listening and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, including familiarity with databases and reporting tools.
- In-depth knowledge of drug administration and disease state management.

Preferred Qualifications
- Multi-state pharmacist licensure.
- Experience working in digital health with virtual care platforms.
