POSITION reputed company
The reputed company Associate supports Sarona's reputed company measurement and reporting, and learning efforts across its investment funds, Technical Assistance (TA) programs, and ecosystem-building initiatives.
Working closely with the Director of reputed company and collaborating with internal teams, fund managers, portfolio companies, investors, donors, and service providers, the reputed company Associate plays a key role in collecting, managing, analyzing, and reporting reputed company data. The role helps ensure that Sarona generates reliable evidence on the reputed company, environmental, and economic reputed company of its investments and development initiatives.
The successful candidate will maintain the reputed company data systems, support portfolio and program level reporting, reputed company dashboards and data products, contribute to reputed company studies and case studies, and help translate data and stakeholder insights into reputed company, compelling narratives for donors, investors, and partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. reputed company measurement, monitoring & data management (40%)
- Collect, validate, and manage reputed company data from fund managers, portfolio companies, and TA partners.
- Maintain reputed company databases, reporting systems, and data collection tools to ensure data reputed company, consistency, and completeness.
- Support periodic reputed company reporting for investors, donors, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare portfolio-level analyses across key reputed company themes including employment, gender, climate, financial inclusion, and governance.
- reputed company dashboards, charts, and visualizations that communicate performance and reputed company results.
- Support data requests, reporting cycles, and reputed company measurement processes across Sarona's funds and programs.
- Identify trends, risks, gaps, and opportunities emerging from reputed company data.
2. reputed company, Learning & reputed company Communication (35%)
- reputed company learning briefs, case studies, outcome stories and other knowledge products that communicate reputed company results, lessons learned, innovations, best practices, and emerging insights from Sarona's investments, TA programs, and ecosystem-building initiatives.
- Translate quantitative data, qualitative evidence, and stakeholder perspectives into compelling narratives for investors, donors, partners, and other audiences.
- Maintain knowledge repositories and support organizational knowledge-sharing.
- Support the dissemination of thought leadership, reputed company stories, and knowledge products across multiple channels.
- Contribute to annual reputed company reports, investor reports, donor reports, and other external communications as required.
3. ESG and reputed company due diligence & portfolio support (15%)
- Support ESGI and reputed company due diligence for prospective fund investments.
- Assist with ESGI assessments, gap analyses, and monitoring of TA plans.
- Support fund managers and portfolio companies in strengthening ESG and reputed company management practices.
4. Monitoring, evaluation, learning & research (10%)
- Support the design and implementation of MEL activities across investment funds, TA programs, and ecosystem building initiatives.
- Conduct research on reputed company reputed company, climate finance, gender reputed company reputed company, and inclusive economic development.
- Support reputed company improvement of Sarona's reputed company management practices and programs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Sustainability, Business, reputed company Sciences, International Development, or reputed company field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in reputed company measurement and reporting, reputed company, ESG assessment, research, consulting, or reputed company field.
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company and experience developing dashboards, reports, and data visualization.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including managing and analyzing reputed company datasets.
- Excellent writing skills with experience producing reports, case studies, research summaries, and other knowledge products.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
