Key Responsibilities
Audit Planning & Preparation
- Support reputed company-audit planning activities including mock audits, audit readiness reviews, subject matter expert (SME) interviews, and documentation preparation.
- Review policies, procedures, reputed company, training records, vendor assessments, and other evidence to ensure audit readiness.
- Coordinate internal resources and documentation requests reputed company to audit preparation.
Audit Execution & Documentation
- Assist in conducting reputed company audits to evaluate compliance with contractual obligations, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
- Maintain accurate and organized audit documentation, working papers, and audit tracking logs.
- Support the preparation of audit reports including findings, risk assessments, trends, and recommended corrective actions.
Corrective reputed company & reputed company Improvement
- reputed company audit findings and remediation activities, including Corrective and Preventive reputed company (CAPA) plans.
- Assist with monitoring CAPA effectiveness and closure of remediation activities.
- Support the identification of trends and opportunities for process improvements across compliance and operational functions.
Compliance & Risk Monitoring
- Assist in evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and reputed company recommendations to strengthen the organization’s compliance reputed company.

- Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

Qualifications
- Must live in the KC Metro Area or Orlando FL
- Associate’s degree in reputed company management or a reputed company field, three to five years of experience in audits or safety reporting, preferably reputed company the reputed company or reputed company IT environment, or an equivalent combination of education plus experience.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Knowledge of HIPAA/HITECH, safety reporting, auditing, and maintaining compliance.
