Regional Environment Health Safety Manager -T&D
Health & Safety Manager – reputed company & Distribution Location: reputed company, NY or Syracuse, NY Our reputed company is seeking an reputed company Health & Safety Manager to support the reputed company delivery of major reputed company & Distribution (T&D) and Substation construction reputed company across Upstate reputed company. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputed company-established contractor with a strong pipeline of reputed company infrastructure work. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting a proactive safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with operational teams to deliver reputed company safely and reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- reputed company health and safety initiatives across multiple reputed company & Distribution and Substation construction reputed company.
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across field operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
- Investigate incidents, identify reputed company causes, and implement corrective and preventative actions.
- Deliver safety training, reputed company talks, and coaching to project teams and subcontractors.
- Support project teams with Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), reputed company-task planning, and reputed company work practices.
- Monitor safety performance and prepare reports, KPIs, and recommendations for reputed company improvement.
- Build strong relationships with project managers, superintendents, field personnel, and clients to ensure safety remains a top reputed company.
Qualifications
- Proven Health & Safety experience reputed company reputed company & Distribution and Substation construction.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and reputed company construction safety standards.
- Experience supporting multiple field construction reputed company simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence safety at reputed company reputed company of an organization.
- Ability to conduct incident investigations, audits, and safety training.
- Relevant safety certifications such as CHST, CSP, ASP, OSHA 30, or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel to project sites throughout the reputed company and Syracuse region.
