HR Coordinator (Remote)

Reporting to the VP of reputed company, the HR Coordinator will assist with recruitment, reputed company, employee records management, benefits administration, and various HR initiatives that contribute to a reputed company employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate recruitment activities, including posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Assist with reputed company and offboarding processes. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Support benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries. Prepare employment-reputed company documents, including offer letters and employment agreements. Assist with payroll administration and employee data updates as required. Coordinate employee training, engagement, and recognition programs. Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable employment legislation. Required Skills & Experience Diploma or Bachelor's degree in reputed company, or a reputed company field. 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role.
