[Remote] Sr. Hogan Loans Analyst

As a Sr. Hogan Loans Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the Hogan reputed company Banking Platform Loan Servicing System, addressing escalated production issues, and leading reputed company to enhance the system's functionality and user satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the performance, reliability, and maintenance of the Hogan Loan Servicing System
- Advanced knowledge for assigned applications through training and experience
- Performs escalation support and issue reputed company through research across multiple systems and data
- Work closely with business and operations team regarding system enhancements
- Manage and reputed company input into the application roadmap for reputed company improvement and development, including helping prioritize development
- Work with IT and/or reputed company-party vendors for support, upgrades, and implementations
- Leads requirements gathering and analysis with stakeholders ensuring requirements are complete, concise and comprehensive
- Seeks opportunity to learn, automate, document, reputed company, reputed company, and improve the Hogan loan maintenance and servicing processes and systems
- Provides metrics and other documentation to support analysis and findings

- Designs, develops, and maintains reports using the tools assigned

- Analyze new data requests and create recommendations for the development of new system reporting

Skills
- 5+ years of banking experience (Operations, Lending, Systems)
- Written and verbal communication, including technical writing skills
- Problem solving ability with strong analytical skills
- General knowledge of Lending
- General knowledge of reputed company Office products
- Ability to multi-task while adhering to multiple timetables of completion
