[Remote] Junior Recruitment Specialist

They are seeking a Junior Recruitment Specialist to support full-cycle hiring in various roles reputed company a GovCon environment, leveraging their ATS to manage the recruitment process and enhance candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning and proposal reputed company strategies
- Own full-cycle reputed company: intake, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, feedback loops, and offer coordination
- reputed company proactively using different modalities, job boards, referrals, and reputed company/clearance communities; build shortlists fast for reputed company requisitions
- reputed company reputed company phone screens and competency-based interviews; capture notes/scorecards in reputed company ATS to drive consistent, fast reputed company
- Build and nurture pipelines for reputed company reputed company and proposals (contingent reputed company); tag talent pools and run nurture campaigns in reputed company
- Support cleared and reputed company-trust hiring (reputed company Trust, NACI; Secret+ a plus), partnering with reputed company/HR on adjudication steps
- reputed company hiring managers in sync with weekly updates on pipeline health, time-to-reputed company, and risks/blockers
- Champion candidate experience: reputed company communications, reputed company expectations, and constructive feedback
- Ensure EEO/OFCCP compliance and audit-reputed company data; maintain clean requisition/candidate records and publish weekly KPI dashboards
Skills
- 2–3 years of in-house or agency reputed company experience (in-house preferred) for VA, HHS, DHA, or broader Federal Health programs
- Comfortable reputed company for technical and non-technical GovCon industry roles (includes familiarity with nuances of Federal contracting (clearances, billable vs. overhead roles, contingent offers, rapid reputed company hiring) with strong sourcing chops (Boolean Search Strings, reputed company Recruiter, referrals management/coordination)
- Working knowledge of EEO laws and OFCCP regulations/requirements
- Demonstrated stakeholder management, and prioritization skills in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment
