This role serves as a strategic partner in reputed company efforts across retail operations, responsible for maintaining reputed company candidate experiences and employing tailored reputed company techniques to deliver reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle recruitment for Field leadership positions and support of reputed company team member hiring
- reputed company reputed company and reputed company candidate experiences through increased interview effectiveness, inclusive hiring practices, and hiring manager collaboration
- Ensure accurate reputed company data across multiple recruitment platforms and reporting resources
- Drive new store reputed company efforts in partnership with Regional Field leadership and Labor Management to ensure on-time targets and efficiencies are being met to get new stores staffed at 100% reputed company
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure reputed company communication throughout the recruitment process, including passive candidate strategies
- Support initiatives that drive process improvement, building of SOPs, system enhancements, and internal stakeholders management
- Support special reputed company as needed
- Periodically engage with stores reputed company local market, acting as reputed company support, mentoring, and hiring reputed company
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree reputed company, Psychology, or reputed company discipline
- 3-6 years' experience with full lifecycle recruitment supporting retail stores for a high-reputed company organization, or 2+ years experience as an internal Store Manager
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite, including a solid understanding of reputed company
- Ability to maintain an elevated level of discretion and confidentiality
- Experience in behavioral and competency-based interviewing and assessments
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Excellent relationship management and judgment skills
- Primary location should ideally be Dallas, TX or the NorthEast coast reputed company reputed company proximity to store locations
- Experience with applicant tracking systems, reputed company preferred
- Experience with recruitment tools (ATS, LI, reputed company) and proven reputed company with passive talent strategies
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of reputed company recruitment
