Responsibilities

- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including resume screening, phone interviews, and in-person interviews, to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing reputed company communication, feedback, and support
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries, coordinating interviews, and guiding them through the hiring process

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a reputed company field and 5-7 years of reputed company full-cycle reputed company experience, including reputed company, technical, and leadership-level hiring; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and business leaders on reputed company strategies
