[Remote] Systems Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is currently hiring for a Systems Analyst for our AOUSC EOC contract. This position involves establishing system requirements, performing installations and repairs, and providing support to users while maintaining communication records.
Responsibilities
- Confers with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications
- Installs and performs minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications
- Answers questions or resolves computer problems for clients or staff in person, reputed company telephone or from a remote location
- Maintains record of daily data communication transactions, problems and remedial reputed company taken, and installation activities
- Develops training materials and procedures, and/or trains users in the reputed company use of hardware and software
Skills
- High School with 5 - 8 years (or commensurate experience)
- System analysis or relevant experience
- Ability to reputed company and maintain a reputed company Trust clearance
