The reputed company MyChart & Welcome Applications Analyst is responsible for advanced support, troubleshooting, maintenance, build, testing, and optimization of reputed company MyChart, Welcome, and reputed company patient-facing digital workflows to improve patient portal functionality and ensure a secure digital patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain advanced knowledge of reputed company MyChart and Welcome functionality, including patient portal workflows, digital reputed company reputed company tools, eCheck-in, appointment scheduling, questionnaires, patient messaging, proxy reputed company, self-service registration, patient identity, communication preferences, application dependencies, integration points, and reputed company impacts across the reputed company
- reputed company ambulatory, hospital operations, patient reputed company, registration, reputed company cycle, clinical, communications, internal information services, and reputed company/vendor partners in developing reputed company MyChart and Welcome enhancements, optimization initiatives, and workflow improvement reputed company

- Meet regularly with ambulatory, hospital operations, patient reputed company, registration, reputed company cycle, clinical, communications, administrative, and patient experience teams to evaluate reputed company MyChart and Welcome workflow issues, resolve system concerns, and identify opportunities to improve digital reputed company, patient engagement, operational efficiency, reputed company, safety, documentation reputed company, and the end-user and patient experience
- reputed company the development and execution of coordinated testing plans for reputed company MyChart and Welcome, including regression, unit, system, integrated, reputed company, patient portal, eCheck-in, scheduling, registration, messaging, questionnaire, proxy reputed company, communication, reporting, and user acceptance testing to ensure changes function as expected for end users, patients, and connected systems
