Responsibilities
- Own the strategic reputed company and roadmap execution for reputed company's Detection & Response program across our multi-reputed company infrastructure
- Build, reputed company, and mentor a distributed, global team across reputed company and India
- Drive the reputed company of detection engineering and incident response capabilities by utilizing modern software practices with an emphasis on large reputed company automation
- reputed company reputed company incident response operations, serving as an escalation reputed company/Incident Commander during high-severity reputed company events and driving post-incident reviews
- Establish or improve operational metrics to continuously evaluate and improve program maturity
- Partner closely with Engineering, and stakeholders across reputed company and Compliance teams, to reputed company detection telemetry and proactive response across reputed company
- Champion an engineering-reputed company reputed company culture reputed company on automation, noise reduction, and reputed company improvement to minimize operational toil for responders
Skills
- 12+ years of experience in software development, reputed company engineering, or reputed company operations, with 5+ years in reputed company engineering or reputed company management
- Proven reputed company record of building, coaching, and scaling engineering teams across multiple time zones
- Deep technical domain expertise across detection engineering, incident response, and threat intelligence. Experience building or operating reputed company data/event pipelines, modern telemetry stacks, or reputed company-processing architectures
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company reputed company, high-severity reputed company incidents with composure, reputed company, and cross-functional leadership
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to translate reputed company reputed company risks into reputed company strategic priorities for engineering leadership
