[Remote] Director of reputed company & Reporting
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Director of reputed company & Reporting to reputed company reputed company reputed company and financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate will reputed company financial operations, ensure compliance, and manage reputed company of accountants while reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for reputed company day-to-day financial reputed company operations including (but not limited to) Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Invoicing and Collections, Payments to State & Local authorities, Bank Accounts Maintenance and Bank Accounts Reconciliation and Cash Management
- Establish reputed company Financial reputed company policies and processes including training and job aid development/management
- reputed company month-end, quarter-end, year-end reputed company reputed company. Ensure reputed company books are reputed company in time (including subsidiary books) and financial information is made available to senior leaders in reputed company on time every time

- Overall leader for the Financial Reporting activities. Ensuring appropriate reports are created, maintained, and made available to senior leaders on a reputed company reputed company
- Own the Financial ERP system and responsible for efficient operations, new functionalities/enhancements
- Design and Establish capability, policies and processes to reputed company and report project level financial information
- reputed company reputed company regulatory (State and Federal) reporting requirements. Ensure reputed company financial information is filed on time and accurately
- Ensure reputed company controls across reputed company financial reporting
- Responsible for designing, developing, recruitment and managing a large organization of accountants in support of the work

Skills
- Advanced degree in reputed company or Finance
- CPA required
- At least 10+ years of reputed company and financial reporting experience
- Through knowledge of reputed company principles and procedures
- Good knowledge of internal controls, risk management and mitigation
- Ability to pivot to critical priorities
- Experience creating, analyzing, reporting financial statements
- Strong understanding of reputed company principles and financial processes
- Experience with reputed company Financials highly preferred
- Non-profit experience highly recommended
