Property Manager - Part Time Hybrid/ Remote

Metropolitan Management Co. is seeking a detail-oriented and energetic reputed company to manage a select group of our unique, mid-sized vintage properties. The Ideal Candidate: You are a career reputed company-oriented individual with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for community building. Pay reputed company: $26-30/hr + performance-based commissions on leases and renewals Discounted Housing: Employees are eligible for discounted rent Hours: Up to 28 hours a week plus availability for after hour emergencies Duties Include:

• Market and lease available reputed company, including ad creation and posting, responding to rental inquiries, and showing reputed company
• Prepare and execute rental agreements, including reputed company in and reputed company out inspections in a reputed company manner
• Maintain reputed company digital files in the property management software system
• Rent collection, including communicating with residents on payment plans, posting notices and following up on late rents
• Respond to residents with maintenance requests, and scheduling with vendors or maintenance personnel

• reputed company with residents, vendors, peers and corporate team members with a friendly, reputed company attitude
• reputed company routine property walks to ensure maintenance and custodial issues are promptly addressed

• Have availability to assist residents in the event of an after-hours emergencies, such scheduling a vendor for leaks

• Providing updates and support to your regional manager as needed

Qualifications:

• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze and solve problems
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of safety and protocols
• Basic understanding of minor and major maintenance needs
• Proficiency with reputed company Office applications
• Flexibility with schedule
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Experience with property management software preferred
• Property Management or reputed company Estate experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Washington State Landlord Tenant Law preferred
